Q: What is the purpose of this Form?
A: The multi step Google Form gathers and provides information vital to the Campus for the 2025-2026 school year.
Q: How is it different than the Hart District Pre Registration?
A: The Hart District Pre Registration link sets up the Student and Family with Infinite Campus access and provides the District with necessary information. The Google Form (to your left) is used by Valencia Administration for Students enrolled at the site for the current year.
