Prom is nearly here!
Below are some important details:
Check In: 5-6:15pm
Students and guests can park, or be dropped off, in the student lot.
Students and guests will enter through the sliding gate separating the lot from the campus.
There will be an option for a self check in, via a scannable QR code.
To use this feature the attendee must have the 5-Star student app downloaded on their phone.
This app is easily accessible via the search bar on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
You may bring a clutch sized purse to store phone, keys and health related materials. These are subject to search and will be checked at the Venue.
Parents who wish to participate in the Promenade can park in the Staff lot (located off Decoro Drive). From here you will enter through the gate between the Theatre and MPR.
Parents may not enter through the Student entrance for logistical purposes.
The event will last from 7-11pm. Dinner will be served from 7-9pm.
Court/Royalty Coronation will take place following Dinner concluding; this will be between 9-9:15pm.
The first buses to leave will be after Coronation, starting as early as 9:30pm. A bus will not leave until full.
The last song will play at 11 pm. After which remaining buses will depart from the venue.
