ASB Handball Tourney -

The tournament starts on Tuesday 9/13 during Brunch in Aux Gym.


  • Teams are made up of two players.

  • All games will be held in the small gym (connected to the main gym) during the brunch times of the following dates: Sept. 13th, Sept. 15th, Sept. 20th, Sept. 22nd, Sept. 27th, and Sept. 29th.

  • Games will be scored first to 11 points win.

  • If you show up 10 minutes late, you will forfeit due to limited time.

  • If a winner is not reached by the end of Brunch, the Team with the highest points wins.

  • The Winning Team will receive either a Dominos Pizza or Ice Cream feast at Brunch Wednesday 10/11 (Late Start Wednesday).

League Opener vs SHS: Friday 9/16

VHS’ League Opener is on Friday!

The agenda for the evening is:

  • JV Kicks off at 4pm.

  • Varsity kicks off at 7:00pm.

  • HOCO is a semi-formal night; so come dressed in your finest!

  • HOCO also features the coronation of each grade’s Court and the Campus’ Royalty!

Want to bring a Guest Student from another High School?

They must complete this Guest Contract and then have the Valencia student who invited them purchase the Guest Ticket at the ASB Window.

(ASB discounts do not apply to Guest tickets).

When?

  • Saturday 9/10 from 7-10 pm

  • VHS Students can buy tickets at the door for an increased price (due to processing fees).

  • Guest ticket Sales close on Friday 9/9 at 3pm.

Who?

  • All Valencia Students

  • Guest Tickets

    • To purchase a Guest Ticket, the Valencia Student must purchase the Guest Ticket at the ASB Office (in person) and have a completed Guest Contract.

    • Limit one Guest per VHS Student.

    • Guests must bring valid ID to enter the Dance.

  • Valencia HS Gym and Campus

What will be there?

  • Multiple Photo booths

  • 60 foot Ferris Wheel!

  • DJ

    • with student requested playlist - if applicable

  • Pool tables, Air Hockey, Games

  • Food Trucks: dessert and meals available!

    • (not included with ticket price)

Homecoming Game: Friday 9/9

The Homecoming Football is this Friday!

The agenda for the evening is:

  • Class Dances (floats) will take place before the Varsity game, around 6:15 pm

  • Varsity kicks off at 7:00pm.

  • Court promenade will be during Halftime of the Varsity game.
